Courtney Love during her Hole days, and the romance she shared with Kurt Cobain was the starting point for Kate's cute grungy dresses, lace trimmed collars and mixing silk embroidery with ripped tights. 

Kurt Cobain's dress sense, his lovable scruff persona, and adoration for girlfriend Courtney is the strongest influence in the Sylvester S08 collection.  Oversized plaid cardigans, flannel, customized chucks and jumpers round waists says it all really.  Grunge and Teen Spirit too the max!
